Although building custom exhausts was the start of this venture bodywork has been the hobby that I have always wanted to become a business but had never thought it possible. Starting from small repairs in my spare time one job seemed to generate another until it reached a point where a decision had to be made. Demand was far larger than the time I had available and with the exhaust work requiring regular use of the ramps there was no room in the schedule for any problems or hold-ups (which always occur on bodywork jobs!) The rest, as they say, is history! I took on the new unit and dad (Ian) took early retirement and came to join me, managing the bodywork side of the business. We're currently climbing a very steep learning curve as things have moved on since he last did paintwork and the switch from hobby to business generates huge pressure. Thankfully the (calculated) gamble seems to be paying off and there is now light at the end of the tunnel. It's been a few months of seven day weeks in the workshop so the website hasn't been updated for a while but if you bear with us I'll be posting details on some of the projects we've been working on and some of the jobs we've tackled to date. We are happy to get stuck in with the angle grinder and welder when required with two of our ongoing customers projects being a terminally rotten mk4 Escort and a facelift Nova.
